The summer’s finally here and it’s time for us to crank up our most cheerful tunes to cast care-free smiles across our sun-kissed faces as we frolic under blue skies.

Bollocks it is. We all know how unpredictable British summers are and, as such, we need some good overcast tunes to fuel our disappointment – we need Radio 4. The band, that is – not the home of The Archers.

Sounding like a highly-charged Interpol, Enemies Like This is less morose, more pissed off. It’s raring to go and let loose with a sprawling isolation. Marvellously bleak, furiously energetic – this baby’s got fangs.
